Product detail
Wholesale textile manufacturers are increasingly using wool fabric due to its natural warmth, breathability, and moisture absorption properties. Wool fabric is used in modern clothing design to develop clothing with specific functions, such as outdoor sportswear, professional work clothes, etc. As a natural and sustainable material, wool fabric is increasingly used in clothing brands that emphasize environmental protection concepts, meeting the concerns of modern consumers about environmental protection and sustainable development.
Wool fabric is combined with modern art to create unique visual effects and artistic expressions, making clothing not only an object to wear but also a carrier for conveying artistic and cultural concepts. Wool fabric, as a natural fiber material, is degradable and in line with the concept of environmental protection. In clothing design, the combination of wool craftsmanship and cotton and linen fabrics explores innovative application methods and injects new vitality into traditional felt craftsmanship.Silky wool fabric is a luxurious textile that combines the natural warmth and softness of wool with a smooth, silk-like finish. This fabric is known for its lustrous sheen and refined texture, which gives it a high-end appearance and feel.
To judge the quality and purity of wool fabrics, one can follow these steps:
- Feel: Pure wool fabrics feel smooth and delicate. They have good elasticity and can quickly return to their original shape after being gently pinched.
- Observe the color: The color of pure wool fabrics is natural and soft, without a sense of staleness. Compared with blended fabrics, pure wool fabrics have brighter colors.
- Elasticity test: Pinch the fabric with your hands and then release it. Pure wool fabric can quickly return to its original shape with basically no wrinkles.
- Burning method: Burning pure wool fibers will produce an odor similar to burnt hair, with a certain natural fragrance. The ashes after burning pure wool are powdery and can be easily crushed with fingers.
- Friction static inspection: Rub the wool fabric with pure cotton cloth for 5 minutes and then quickly separate. If there is no “pop” static sound, it is likely to be pure wool. If there is an obvious static sound or even sparks, it may contain chemical fiber components.
- Touch: Wool fabric is softer and more elastic than other fabrics, and it is not easy to wrinkle. Because the fibers and scales of wool are relatively close, the clothes made of wool will appear slightly thicker.
- Clarity: High-quality wool thread has clear texture and no messy fluff. High-quality wool fabric has good gloss and bright color without dullness.
- Tensile test: Gently stretch the wool thread. If it has moderate elasticity, is not easy to break, and the suede is slightly curled, it indicates good quality. High-quality wool thread is of uniform thickness.
