Product detail

Wholesale textile manufacturers offer a wide range of wool fabrics that are known for their durability and natural properties. Wool fibers are strong and resistant to stretching and compression, making them ideal for long-term use. Additionally, wool is naturally resistant to wrinkling and pilling, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.

However, there are some limitations to wool fabric. They tend to shrink in humid environments, so special care must be taken when washing and maintaining them. Wool fabrics are also sensitive to certain chemicals and may require special treatment methods to avoid damaging the fibers.

During the production process, wholesale textile manufacturers can create different styles and textures using various textile techniques such as worsted wool and woolen wool. Worsted wool is typically used for light, delicate clothing, while woolen wool is suitable for thicker, warmer garments. Wool can also be blended with other fibers like silk, cotton, or synthetic fibers to create unique textures and properties.Wool blend felt fabric is a versatile material that combines the natural warmth and durability of wool with the affordability and flexibility of synthetic fibers. This blend results in a fabric that retains the soft, plush texture of wool while offering increased resistance to shrinkage and improved ease of maintenance.

To properly wash and care for wool fabrics, follow these steps:

Hand Wash:

  1. Use a neutral detergent specifically designed for wool or a mild, neutral detergent.
  2. Soak the clothes in cold water, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 40°C.
  3. Gently squeeze the clothes to clean, avoiding rubbing or wringing.
  4. Remove excess water by gently squeezing with your hands, do not wring.
  5. Lay the clothes flat on a clean towel, cover with another towel, and gently roll up to absorb excess water.
  6. Dry the clothes flat on a dry towel, avoiding hanging which may cause deformation. Allow them to air dry in a ventilated, cool place away from direct sunlight.

Machine Wash:

  1. If your washing machine has a wool or delicate fabric washing mode, use it.
  2. Place the clothes in a laundry mesh bag to reduce friction and damage.
  3. Use cold water for washing.
  4. Select a gentle or wool wash mode and avoid strong agitation.
  5. The drying steps remain the same as after hand washing.
